A candidate’s success probability is forecasted using our CHANCE OF SUCCESS TOTAL (“COST”) matrix, which is based on how a new guy stacks up against the best and worst head coaches of all time. Our COST forecasts speak for themselves. From 2009 through 2018 NFL teams hired 58 new permanent head coaches. In those cases, our hire/don’t hire forecast was correct almost 70% of the time. In reality, the NFL teams were correct in less than 20% of the time, a disappointing record indeed. If only they’d used out COST forecasts?
